OUR CROPS
In 2012 we started planting the first berry bushes on Ingarö. Every year, the cultivation, our interest in it and our knowledge have grown bigger and bigger. All berry ingredients in desserts and drinks come from here.

In the spring of 2021, we leased land at Bergviks Gård on Ingarö, 5 minutes from our own cultivation. Here we grow cabbage varieties, root vegetables, zucchini, tomatoes, herbs, lettuce and strawberries in the open air.

In 2023, a greenhouse was built in the DoMa courtyard. There we grow cucumber, tomato, herbs and edible flowers.

In the fall, we pick mushrooms and apples in the Stockholm area and from friends, which provides must that lasts all year.

In winter we use frozen and canned fruit and berries from Ingarö, but most of the vegetables come from Mia at Lilla Labäck outside Lidköping.
