Cake flavors we are making right now:

LINGON
Roasted almond cake with browned butter, salted caramel panna cotta, tar syrup, crème brulée & lingonberry bavaroise

HASSELNÖT
Chocolate joconde base, "nutella", dark chocolate ganache, vanilla pannacotta, chocolate mousse & cocoa jelly

BLUEBERRY
soft chocolate base, blueberry bavaroise, yogurt mousse & blackcurrant panna cotta

INFORMATION
The cakes cost SEK 80 per piece/per person. If you want lactose-free, gluten-free or other specially ordered cakes, these cost SEK 90 per piece. If time permits, we can also help you with wedding cakes. The cakes are from 6 pieces to 12 pieces.

Of course, we can also arrange a nameplate on the cake, eg. "Congratulations Adam 1 year". These cost SEK 50 each.
We need your order 3 days in advance.

LARGE CAKES
We make these from 30 pieces and up. There is an additional cost of 200:- for the wooden board that is built for each cake.
