SEASONAL MENU
A dynamic menu where the ingredients lead the way. It changes with the seasons and is inspired by what is in season right now. Ingredients from our own farm on Ingarö, the greenhouse in the courtyard, and from our close collaborations with small-scale producers. This is our creative outlet!
