We currently offer these flavors:

WILD RASPBERRIES (nut free) available gluten and lactose free
raspberry compote, fennel, yogurt mousse, sorrel & white chocolate

BLACK CURRENTS (nut-free) available gluten- and lactose-free
chocolate base, spring bread brulée, blueberry curd, blackcurrant bavaroise

Apple (nut-free) can be made lactose-free
apple cake, apple compote with fennel seed, yogurt mousse, salted caramel glaze

PRINSESSTÅRTA (nut free) is available gluten and lactose free
You choose whether you want a green or pink cake
vanilla cream, raspberry jam & cream

TIRAMISÙ TART (nut free) is NOT available gluten and lactose free
Savoyardikex, vanilla, coffee liqueur, mascarpone & Marsala cream

LARGE CAKES
We make these from 30 pieces and up. There is an additional cost of 200:- for the wooden board that is built for each cake.

INFORMATION
The cakes cost SEK 70 per piece/per person. If you want lactose-free, gluten-free or other specially ordered cakes, these cost SEK 90 per piece. If time permits, we can also help you with wedding cakes. The cakes are from 6 pieces to 12 pieces. Of course, we can also arrange a nameplate on the cake, eg. "Congratulations Adam 1 year". These cost SEK 50 each.
We need your order 3 days in advance.
